Do you use original parts?

Yes. Wherever possible we repair with original parts. Depending on the brand, model and availability, we offer several high-quality options for screen repairs: – Original Service Pack – a new original part, supplied by the manufacturer or an authorised supplier. – Original pulled – an original part taken from another device and carefully checked for quality and function. – Premium OLED – a high-quality alternative to the original screen. Premium OLED is not an original manufacturer part, but offers excellent image quality and performance at a more attractive price. Which option is available differs per device. We discuss beforehand which part is used and what it costs, so you know exactly what you are choosing.

Hoe lang duurt een telefoon reparatie?

Tijdens de reparatie kun je gewoon meekijken hoe je toestel vakkundig gerepareerd wordt, je ziet wat wij doen met jouw telefoon en je privacy blijft zo gewaarborgd. De meeste reparaties duren niet langer dan 30 minuten.

My device no longer charges. Can it be repaired?

You can often solve this yourself quite easily. Take a wooden toothpick and carefully clean the dirt out of the charging port. You will see a lot of dirt and dust come out. Is mijn telefoon nog waterbestendig na een reparatie?

Na een reparatie kunnen wij de waterbestendigheid van je telefoon niet garanderen. Een telefoon is namelijk waterbestendig, maar niet volledig waterdicht. Door barsten in het scherm, deuken in het frame en slijtage van afdichtingen kan deze bescherming afnemen. Bij het vervangen van je telefoon vernieuwen wij indien nodig ook de schermlijm en afdichting. Hiermee sluiten we het toestel zorgvuldig aan op de behuizing. Dit biedt echter geen garantie dat de oorspronkelijke waterbestendigheid wordt hersteld. Daarom geven wij na een reparatie geen garantie op waterdichtheid. Ons advies: houd je telefoon uit de buurt van water en dompel het toestel niet onder, zeker nadat het beschadigd is geweest.

Yes. Phone Repairs works always by appointment, so there is enough time and attention for your repair. You make an appointment via WhatsApp, by phone or by e-mail.

When are you open?

Phone Repairs is open seven days a week, including evenings, Sundays and public holidays. On Sundays and public holidays the Sunday opening hours apply. Because we work by appointment, we arrange a time with you that suits you.
